Jasmine answers your business phone. A plan for your line gives you a set number of answered minutes, bookings made and leads captured each month for one price, your number included. Everything else stays on credits, on the same account.

- Each calendar month (in your time zone) starts with the plan's minutes, bookings and leads. Nothing unused carries over.
- Past them, Jasmine keeps answering. Each minute, booking or lead past the plan is charged at the price shown for your plan and added to your next monthly invoice.
- A booking counts when it is in your calendar (made on the call, or a request you confirm). A lead is an enquiry from your web page's form, or a missed call Jasmine rings back.
- Cancel any time from the Credits screen. The plan stops covering calls at once and the month so far is billed then; later calls are paid in credits. See section 4.13 of our Terms.

Credit packs: pay as you go
Buy a pack when you want more. Credits last 12 months from the day they are added. We may extend this on request.
The monthly top-up (optional)
If you use YesBusiness every week, a monthly top-up adds credits each month and costs less per credit.
- Renewal. It renews each month on the date you started it and is charged to the card you saved, until you cancel.
- Cancel any time from the Credits screen ("Stop the monthly plan", or "Change or cancel"). It stops at the end of the month you have paid for; nothing more is charged.
- Your credits stay. Credits from every month you paid for stay yours after you cancel. Credits last 12 months from the day they are added. We may extend this on request.
- Refunds follow the refunds clause in our Terms (section 4.8 and the monthly top-up terms in 4.12). A month already paid is not refunded automatically.
What a credit buys
1 credit is 1 US cent of use. These are the typical figures the app shows before you approve the work; the credits used are what the work actually used, so a long job can use more and a short one less.

Phone-company charges (the line, the recording, a phone number's monthly price, a text) are passed on at the price charged to us, without a margin. The figure for a call Jasmine makes for you uses the Australian mobile rate, and the figure for a call she answers is for a US number; before you approve a call the app shows the figure for the number you are calling, and your own number's figure is shown where you set it up. Each line above is a different service, so each has its own figure.
Sent by a partner?
Accountants, bookkeepers, agencies and consultants can refer their clients. An account opened through a partner's link starts with 3,000 credits instead of 1,500. Partners earn the commission published to them in their partner console; the program's terms are in section 4A of our Terms. Become a partner.
