What I do for a gyms business
- I answer in your studio's name while you're teaching and ask: is it a class, a trial or something about their membership?
- A member locked in or out, someone who fainted or was hurt in class, a dropped bar, a double charge or a cancel: I ring you as urgent.
- A cancel goes to you at once, marked urgent, with the time, the date and their own words. I never argue, offer a pause or confirm it.
- I book the trial or intro with their name, mobile and what they want to try, and say back the class, the coach, the day and the time.
- To join, I book a visit or send your sign-up link, never "signed up" on the call. A price only from your list, with every must-pay fee.
- I never ask a health question. I mention your own form before a first session and give no medical, injury, diet or weight advice.
