YesBusiness (and its assistant Jasmine) is run by XFACTORAI LLC. You can delete your account here without the app.
Ask for a delete link
Type the email you sign in with. We email it a link; tapping it shows one last confirm, then the account is deleted.
What is deleted
- Your account, logins, business profile and settings
- Your chats, jobs, saved work, files and what GIDEON remembers
- Your contacts, call records, call recordings and transcripts (including the copies held by our phone provider)
- Connected mailboxes, calendars, accounting and bank links (we ask each provider to revoke our access)
- A phone number we bought for your business is released
What we keep
- A record of credits bought and used (we keep payment records for tax and refunds; it holds no messages).
- Security and sign-up logs that name the account id, kept so we can spot abuse; they hold no messages.
- Copies of emails we sent and backups, until their normal cycle ends.
